Kerala Parotta
Parotta or porotta (Malayalam: പൊറോട്ട, Tamil: பரோட்டா) is a layered Indian flatbread made from refined flour, eggs and oil. It is commonly seen in South India, especially in the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, as well as in Jaffna in Sri Lanka (as Ceylon Parotta).


Curry
The word 'curry' comes from the Tamil word 'kari', which simply means 'sauce'. In India and around the world, there are thousands of different types of curry.


Mushroom Matar literally translates to mushroom green peas, the star ingredients of this recipe. Matar Mushroom is a mushroom and peas curry cooked in a spicy and tangy onion tomato masala flavored with Indian spices.

Mattar paneer (Hindi: मटर पनीर), also known as matar paneer, muttar paneer, and mutter paneer, is a modern restaurant-style and vegetarian North Indian dish consisting of peas and paneer in a tomato-based sauce, spiced with garam masala.

This is a restaurant style recipe with a super delicious taste. The gravy or curry is creamy, slightly tangy and a bit sweet with tender mushrooms and soft paneer in it. Serve it with roti, naan, paratha, jeera rice or steamed basmati rice for a rich and tasty meal.
